Booking & payment

A submitted request is not an issued ticket. Listed prices are starting configuration supplied for this service and must be reconfirmed by the booking team. Availability, ride direction and admission inclusion are checked manually before payment. Children currently use the same listed rates; no age discount is assumed.

There is no online PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay checkout. A team member will agree a payment method with you. No automatic email, WhatsApp message or ticket is sent.

Changes, cancellations & refunds

Unpaid requests can be cancelled by the team. Paid or ticketed bookings require a refund request and manual review. Fees and deadlines must be agreed with the supplier before payment; submitting a request does not guarantee a refund. Reply to the team member handling your booking and include your order number.

Your information

Contact details and traveller identity details are collected to review the booking and arrange manual ticketing. Sensitive order details are encrypted in storage. Authorised staff see masked passport numbers by default; revealing a number for ticketing is recorded in an audit log. Passport numbers are not included in public booking lookup results.

Your language preference and unfinished route selection are saved on this device. Passport fields are never stored in browser storage. Staff can delete personal details from completed, cancelled or refunded bookings on request. The operator must confirm its retention period and privacy contact before accepting live customers.

Routes & image credits

All route diagrams use an original layout and are schematic, not geographic maps. Timings are estimates. They do not show live closures, weather or queue times. Follow the park’s announcements on the day.
